As
astrologers, we all see patterns and develop interpretations that
apply to the reality of life. This is the astrology we use for
a modern age. The interpretations we use may not be found in classical
or ancients texts only because the situation or items didn’t
exist at that time. Yet, these interpretations work.
Our global world is shrinking through technology, yet many of
us are too busy with clients to write books, publish articles,
or even inform others of our finds and knowledge. Project Footprints
seeks to remedy this.
As each of us passes through time, we leave our footprints of
knowledge hoping others will see them, perhaps follow, and definitely
learn. Yet, footprints can be fragile, losing their imprint as
the winds of the future blow them away. So, to save our footprints,
this project is created.
This is a call to all
astrologers with wisdom you wish to share for the modern age to
join the project.
Your participation
begins easily: Reporting interpretations or techniques you use
during your consulting sessions that come from your experiences
over time, occur more than once, and may not necessarily be found
in any textbooks.
Monica and I will collect
the information and organize it in a framework that others can
reference. The result will be a series of books.
Project Footprints,
introduced by Monica at The Midwest Astrology Conference in April
2006, represents our passion for helping consulting astrologers
increase their skills. This project is also our desire to give
astrologers the opportunity to leave a legacy, their footprints
in time.
To participate, outline
your ideas or findings and email them either to Monica Dimino
at mhabled@aol.com or me
at misty@enhanceoneself.com.
Please put Project Footprints in the subject line of your email.
